We seek an experienced and results-driven B2B Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our business-to-business (B2B) unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and developing effective marketing strategies to position our company as a leader in the industry. What You Will Do
- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the B2B unit.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals.
- Marketing and Company Development
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns.
- Develop promotional materials, presentations, and proposals to support sales efforts.
- Enhance company visibility through trade shows, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and manage the B2B sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., product development, customer service) to align efforts and ensure client satisfaction.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Track sales and marketing performance metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on revenue, client acquisition, and campaign effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize performance.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in [Insert Industry].
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation, and account management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
