As a B2B Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities for our software solution services. You will focus on building strong relationships with potentials and clients, understanding their needs, and offering value to them based on our portfolio and services. This role requires managing the entire sales cycle, including strategy development, negotiation, and collaboration with internal and cross teams to ensure client success.

- Ensure sales achievements are aligned with the objectives given.
- Develop plans based on accurate research and data, and ensure optimal sales strategies execution.
- Establish good and long-term relationships with the key decision makers.
- Conduct SWOT analysis of market and competitor to identify business opportunities and build impactful strategies.
- Involve in planning and executing plans to approaches and pitches, ensuring the sales team deliver core proportional messages.
- Coordinate the commercial team to support brand developments and campaigns.
- Collaborate with relatable departments (e.g IT team, Creative Team) to bring valuable IT solutions for clients.
- Assist management in review, develop, and implement sales management system and process to continuously improve sales force effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team knowledge, motivation, esteem, and performance.
- Ensure the team delivers comprehensive, meaningful, and accurate statistics & reports.
- Create and present clear and concise sales reports.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or marketing or a related field.
- Advance experience in IT B2B sales, especially in IT services or ERP related industries.
- Strong understanding of IT project services and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent writing and speaking in English.
- Willing to work from the office and travel for clients' meetings
