About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Growth Marketer to join our tight-knit team at Exp Inc Software (Part of Helden Inc.). As the architect of our growth, you will be responsible for driving key marketing initiatives and ensuring rapid improvement and scalability within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up, executing, and analyzing data-driven experiments for rapid growth.
• Becoming fluent in the use of HubSpot and ActiveCampaign .
• Managing, evaluating, and improving A/B tests.
• Managing and improving LinkedIn posts, ads, and engagement .
• Executing SEO strategies, GEO targeting, keywords, and on-page optimization.
• Communicating clearly, professionally, and confidently with clients .
• Attending daily check-ins with the founder, prepared and switched on .
• Willingness to travel to Malang a few times per year to unite with the team.

Qualifications

• Must live in Bali, Indonesia, and work from home.
• Obsessed with data and driven by experiments.
• Fast learner, fast thinker, fast adapter (Mindset > Skillset).
• A strong hunger for growth is essential.
