We are looking for Banquet Service Manager
As a Banquet Service Manager, we rely on you to:
- Lead the overall banquet operation and administration of Banquet Events
- Leading the team to maximizing the profits and maintaining high quality service for Guests
- Provide Solutions to solve recurring issued and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate
- Preserved high standard of Food Safety Compliance as per company standard
- Lead the team to provide high quality of service and details in the set up
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Proficient in English and Mandarin both in written and spoken
- Leads by example and facilitates team cohesiveness
- Have experience in similar capacity in international 5 star chain Hotel
- Creative with an eye for detail
- Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
- is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
- Committed to serving food of the highest quality
- Enjoys being challenged
