Each Resort has several restaurants and bars, both event-based and more intimate, serving our Premium All Inclusive offer. You will

Room Service Provision

• Provide Room Service, minibar, delivery of drinks, cocktail services, etc. in dedicated spaces and bedrooms.
  
  

Service In F&B Spaces

• Participate in the cosy atmosphere and the events organised in the Bar and Restaurant areas.
• Participate in the reception of deliveries, consumables, linen and small hotel supplies and ensure the supply of distribution points and workstations during services.
• Carry out the setting up and cleaning of Bar and catering areas, buffets and appetizers throughout the day.
• Welcome and advise the G.M on the choice of drinks, take orders.
• Prepare and serve drinks according to the technical sheets established by respecting the norms and standards and the preferences known to customers.
• Collect payment for the drinks sold and record sales in accordance with the procedures (Free G.O, Club Med Talent, Alcohol for Minors).
• Suggest actions to your manager actions to grow the turnover.
