We are hiring: Beauty & Personal Care Field Executive (General Trade)
We are looking for motivated and hands-on field executors to drive our Beauty & Personal Care channel growth across Indonesia.
This role will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and activating General Trade (GT) outlets — including warungs, toko kosmetik, and mini-markets — while building strong, lasting relationships with distributors and retailers.

We are hiring one position for each region: Palembang, Surabaya, Jambi, Lampung, Padang, Manado, Gorontalo, Palu, Banda Aceh.
Each person will cover and travel extensively within their assigned area.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard General Trade (GT) outlets (warungs, toko kosmetik, mini-markets) and local distributors in your territory.
- Pitch and promote Baskit’s beauty and personal care brands to drive sales growth.
- Ensure smooth onboarding: registration, catalog activation, pricing setup, and first order completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, distributor sales reps, and retail partners.
- Track daily sales activities, monitor performance, and provide regular progress updates.
- Gather field insights to support brand and product strategy improvements.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales, GT onboarding, or beauty distribution, ideally with a beauty brand or distribution player.
- Strong understanding of Indonesia’s GT operations and retail landscape.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and resilient — thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
- Comfortable using digital tools (apps, CRM, WhatsApp, etc.) for tracking and reporting.
- Willing to travel frequently within your own territory.
