Branch Manager

We are an early-stage FinTech company dedicated to empowering Indonesian homeowners by providing innovative solutions to access capital from their property assets. We aim to offer better value and an exceptional customer experience compared to other available options.

As the Branch Manager, you will be the first point of contact in our expansion to Bandung. You will be responsible for conducting field surveys, building relationships with potential borrowers, coordinating with our partners, and understanding the local market to help drive our growth in the city. Key Responsibilities:

• Market Leadership: Lead our expansion into Bandung by conducting field surveys, engaging with potential borrowers, and assessing their needs.
• Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including notaries, banks, and business partners.
• Local Insights: Leverage your local market knowledge to analyze trends and provide strategic insights to headquarters.
• Credit Risk Assessment: Map the local area and provide area-based risk assessments to help our credit team refine the lending process.
• Operations Oversight: Oversee city-level operations, ensuring efficient workflows and collaboration with internal and external teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in banking or multi-finance, with a proven track record of career progression (e.g., promotions, increasing responsibilities).
• Leadership: Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and lead city-level efforts with confidence.
• Strong Communication: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster partnerships.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the local financial landscape and a willingness to travel for fieldwork.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
