Branch Manager

• Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives and target audience in the target audience market.
• Ensuring the Sales and Marketing team delivers effective campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
• Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
• Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
• Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
• Managing budgets, allocating resources effectively and optimising marketing spends to achieve monthly target.
• Fostering relationships with key business partners, vendors and media to maximise marketing and sales reach and impact.

• Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in any major
• Min. 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in IT/ISP/IS/SI Industries
• Proven management experience
• Proven track record of developing, managing and executing wide-ranging sales-marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C verticals.
• Proficiency in public relations, business development strategies, customer experience enrichment, analytics and data-led marketing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop marketing professionals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior executives and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making.
