Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Direct all branch operational activities including sales, marketing, operation, and collection on Corporate Financing (Heavy Equipment/Factoring/Working Capital).
  • Meet branch sales target achievement with a strong leadership in managing team and good credit quality.
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales. Ensure the good relations with customers and suppliers to provide the best financial solution.
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
  • Prudent credit application processing and strong credit risk mitigation to maintain a good asset quality to achieve optimum profit.

Requirements

Requirement(s):

  • Must have experience at least 5 years Experience as heavy equipment and/or machinery Financial Business is a Must.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Have knowledge in leasing and multi-finance industry is an advantage
  • Good credit analysis, service orientation, interpersonal skill & team work.
  • Good in English, negotiation skill, selling skill and account management
  • Driving best result, self-starter with high initiative.
  • Committed to the organizational Ethics.
  • Willing to be placed National all branch
