We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager/Area Sales Manager to join one of Atma client's . This role is a mid-level position based in various locations, including Denpasar, Makassar, Medan, Kota Palu, Yogyakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya. As a Branch Manager/Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing a team, and driving business development initiatives. Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution (Mandatory skill)
- Strong team management skills with a track record of leading successful sales teams
- Expertise in market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and drive revenue growth
- Ability to forecast sales performance and set achievable targets
- Experience in business development and expanding market presence
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members and clients
- Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of banking experience, including supervisory or managerial roles. (including supervisory or managerial roles)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management
- Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of banking products, services, and regulations
- Financial acumen and ability to analyze financial statements.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
