Job Description

  • Managing day-to-day operations and overseeing sales department.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Ensuring exceptional levels of customer service at all times.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Providing leadership and direction to the team.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Managing customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Reporting on branch performance and sales metrics.


The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager with at least 5 years in team management.
  • Demonstrated success in expanding new market branches.
  • Proven track record in managerial and commercial roles within the commercial vehicles market.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong business development skills and ability to drive sales.
  • Good knowledge of industry regulations and company policies.
  • Preferably someone open to relocating and residing in Lampung.
