JOB SUMMARY:
- Activity Planning: Coordinate and develop plans, strategies, and budgets for the branch
- Permit Management : Coordinate and oversee the processing of permits, including IPAK and IPBF
- Sales Operation & Collection : Coordinating, implementing, controlling, and evaluating sales operation activities.
- Customer Management : Coordinate and manage customer relations
- Operational Compliance & Infrastructure : Coordinate and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies, as well as infrastructure management
- Finance & Administration : Coordinate, monitor, and ensure smooth financial and administrative activities in alignment with policies and procedures
- Logistics & Warehouse : Coordinate, monitor, and ensure logistics and warehouse operations run smoothly and adhere to policies
- Human Resources : Coordinate and manage human resource activities
- Hold coordination meetings, both internally and with external parties/principal
- Systems & Procedures : Coordinate and implement quality management systems at the branch:
- Other Duties : Perform additional tasks beyond primary duties as assigned by the BOM, Division Head, or Director to support branch activities.
- Reporting : Prepare periodic reports related to performance achievements and improvement programs at the branch.
EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS, AND SKILLS:
Education : min Bachelor Degree in Economy, Engineer, Administration, Pharmacy, or related field
Language : English (intermediate level)
Experience :
- A minimum of 3-4 years of managerial experience (in the same position as Branch Manager), ideally within the Pharmacy industry.
- Experiences handled overall operations, including: legal, handled manpower management, understanding finance and accounting, sales activity, engagement with hospitals
- Experienced in branch strategic development (operational/sales), and also market penetration and development
- Strong leadership skills, a results-oriented mindset, and adaptability to diverse local cultures.
- Willingness to be stationed at multiple locations across Indonesia based on our operational needs.
