Branch Manager (Refrigerator Commercial & Kitchen Equiment Industry)

Position: Branch Manager
Placement: Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan (Komp. Pergudangan Pattene 88)

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Makassar branch, which covers the areas of South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, and West Sulawesi. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Effectively lead and manage the Makassar branch and its various divisions, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.
- Meet or exceed the company's sales targets by at least 100% annually and closely monitor the branch's Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain financial health.
- Develop and expand the distribution of GEA, RSA, and GETRA products within your assigned territories. Identify and engage potential new dealers that have not yet been covered.
- Supervise and guide the retailer division in Makassar to ensure its successful operation.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure their continued support and satisfaction.
- Work closely with the After Sales Service Team in Makassar to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- Adhere to and enforce all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within the electronic or kitchen equipment industry.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and distribution networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple divisions and regions effectively.
- Commitment to achieving targets and driving business growth.
