• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics industry
• Strong functional knowledge in air, ocean, logistics or supply chain management
• Fluency in English and local dialects
• Customer focused with strong analytical skills
• Demonstrate initiative, creative thinking, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
