About the role

Populix is looking for a Brand Campaign Lead to develop and execute high-impact brand campaigns that strengthen our positioning in both the enterprise (B2B) and academic (B2C) markets. This role will be responsible for creating integrated marketing campaigns, managing strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless online-to-offline (O2O) brand experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation


What will you do:

  • Brand Campaign Strategy
    Develop and implement integrated brand campaigns that align with Populix’s business goals and market positioning. Define campaign objectives, target audiences, key messaging, marketing channels, and performance targets to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and increase engagement across Populix business units.
  • O2O Strategy & Cross-Channel Integration
    Develop and execute Online-to-Offline (O2O) strategies that seamlessly bridge online brand campaigns with offline activations, ensuring a consistent brand experience across digital and physical touchpoints. Leverage O2O strategies to nurture potential clients through the marketing funnel.
  • Campaign Ideation & Execution
    Lead the end-to-end development and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Oversee content creation, creative direction, and multi-channel distribution, optimizing campaigns to maximize engagement, brand recall, and lead generation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns effectively address audience needs and market trends.
  • Partnership Management & Collaborations
    Identify, negotiate, and maintain strategic partnerships that strengthen Populix’s brand presence. Leverage sponsorships, co-branded initiatives, media collaborations, and research partnerships to increase brand visibility. Ensure all partnerships align with Populix’s business objectives and deliver measurable impact on brand reach and lead acquisition.
  • Relationship Building & Brand Advocacy
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, agencies, thought leaders, and influencers to enhance brand credibility and advocacy. Foster meaningful collaborations that drive brand influence and customer trust in both the enterprise research and academic research segments.
  • Performance Monitoring, Analytics & Optimization
    Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of brand campaigns and partnerships, using data-driven insights to measure impact, optimize performance, and improve ROI. Conduct post-campaign evaluations to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement. Provide actionable insights to the management team to support future marketing and branding decisions.

What will you need:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing principles, brand positioning, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage partnerships and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to draw insights from campaign performance metrics.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns and partnerships.
  • Familiarity with brand design principles and brand guidelines.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
