Our client is looking for an experienced Brand Manager with a desire to play an instrumental role in the growth of a rapidly expanding artisan bakery brand in Indonesia. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of data, consumer insights, and marketing technologies. As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading online-to-offline (O2O) and direct-to-consumer initiatives, always championing the consumers perspective. Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar roles.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (social media, email, paid media, etc.).
  • Experience managing complex projects, including brand events and photoshoots.
  • Strong background in lifestyle brands, with a preference for experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proficiency in performance media strategies (SEM, display, social media advertising) across the marketing funnel.
  • Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and idea generation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably within the hospitality sector (bakery and coffee experience is a plus).


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital strategies that elevate brand experiences, drive engagement, and increase customer retention.
  • Act as the brand ambassador, cultivating relationships with key media, influencers, and partners to boost brand visibility.
  • Lead the creation of engaging content, partnerships, and events to expand the brands presence locally and globally.
  • Oversee seasonal and year-round campaigns, delivering strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Prepare creative briefs to ensure content meets consumer expectations across all channels.
  • Implement marketing playbooks and guidelines, ensuring consistency and efficiency across markets.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to expand channels, launch new initiatives, and pilot programs.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and leverage insights to optimize consumer engagement and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
