Responsibilities

  • Supports the planning and design of internal and external strategies for communications, marketing, and outreach activities
  • Conduct the implementation of Branding Program Planning
  • Conduct proof reading reports and correspondence prepared by other departments within the organization, related with marketing communication content
  • Recommend advertising programs to meet customer acquisition goals
  • Combine corporate brand strategy and marketing communications policies into all activities
  • Implement comprehensive brand & marketing communications strategies that support the overall strategic direction of the overall organization
  • Handle advertisement discussion process with related agency
  • Maximize advertising value by negotiating with media agency to have additional benefits (e.g., free media coverage, etc.)
  • Maintain consistent concept for all external messaging and creative executions
  • Provide input / solution for the effectiveness of the Marketing Communication activities Produce written materials and general communications for all communication including all promotional materials
  • Provide graphic content for a variety of uses to enable consistent and controlled communications
  • Use promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross selling implications & adhere brand guidelines
  • Coordinate communications projects with vendors and contractors for the development and production of educational event promotional materials, and other collateral

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree of any major
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Brand Management, Media Relations, or Public Relations
  • Deep knowledge of media environments with hands-on experience in working with journalists and PR agencies
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Work placement: BINUS Malang
