Responsibilities

  • Mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mendokumentasikan kebutuhan bisnis.
  • Membuat Business Requirement Document (BRD) dan Functional Specification Document (FSD).
  • Menyusun alur proses bisnis (flowchart, use case, ERD, UML).
  • Berkolaborasi dengan PM dan tim dev untuk memastikan implementasi sesuai requirement.
  • Menjadi penguji awal (user acceptance pre-test).
  • Menjaga komunikasi dengan stakeholder internal dan eksternal

Requirements

  • S1 Sistem Informasi / Manajemen Informatika / Teknik Industri
  • Memahami konsep SDLC dan Agile/Scrum
  • Mampu membuat dokumen BRD/FSD/Flowchart
  • Terbiasa menggunakan tools seperti Draw.io, Figma, Jira, atau Confluence
  • Dapat memahami struktur database dan query dasar SQL
  • Kemampuan membaca dan memahami API documentation
  • Kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang kuat
  • Detil, teliti, dan logis
  • Mampu mengelola ekspektasi stakeholder
  • Mampu menganalisis masalah bisnis dan memberi solusi praktis
  • Pengalaman di proyek ERP / sistem bisnis kompleks menjadi nilai tambah
