Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Proactively generate new leads through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the sales team to set and achieve business development targets, helping to meet overall company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and share insights. Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations for new clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead progress within the company’s CRM system.

Requirements

  • Analytical Skills: ability to analyze and interpret market data and financial reports
  • Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
  • Lead Generation: proven track record of generating leads and identifying new business opportunities
  • Market Research: experience in conducting market research to identify customer preferences and competitor analysis
  • Customer Service: experience in providing exceptional customer service to clients and addressing customer needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field
  • Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
