What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field (Min. GPA 3.2).
1–3 years of experience in Business Development-related roles - with proven strength in Basic Excel, project management, and prompting.
Autonomous, self-driven, and able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Agile and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Willing to work during holidays with a shift-based work schedule.
All areas in Indonesia are welcome to apply – willing to relocate to Batu, Jawa Timur

Job Descriptions

Manage financial calculations and track performance metrics.
Monitor and ensure accuracy of data across various business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data and processes.
Oversee the execution of reward and compensation programs
Conduct audits, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
Generate reports and provide insights for decision-making.
Identify and address any issues or inefficiencies in the processes
