Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (Min. GPA 3.2).
Experience: 1–3 years in Business Development or related roles, with proven skills in Excel, project management, and prompting.
Mindset: Autonomous, self-driven, and capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision.
Work Style: Agile, adaptable, and comfortable with fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Commitment: Willing to work during holidays on a shift-based schedule.
Location: Open to candidates across Indonesia — must be willing to relocate

- Manage financial calculations and track key performance metrics.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of data across multiple business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data and processes.
- Oversee the execution of reward and compensation programs.
- Conduct audits, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
- Generate reports and deliver actionable insights for management.
- Identify and address process inefficiencies for continuous improvement.
