Business Development Assistant for IT Security Company

Job Description:

Our client, based in Singapore, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist in managing quotes, emails, CRM entries, follow-ups, and reminders for our B2B sales customers. This role requires proficiency in Zoho CRM and a strong understanding of IT security products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and send quotes to customers based on the salesperson's input.
• Enter and update customer information and interactions in Zoho CRM.
• Schedule and send follow-up emails to ensure customer inquiries are addressed.
• Set and manage reminders for important tasks and deadlines related to B2B sales customers.
• Assist in tracking sales metrics and preparing reports.
• Coordinate with the main salesperson to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Provide administrative support as needed to the main salesperson.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar customer relationship management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of IT security products and services is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
