Business Development - HRMS

As a Business Development - HRMS, you will be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) solutions. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our HRIS platform. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the technology or SaaS industry. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Generate Leads: Proactively research and identify potential clients within target industries and markets who can benefit from our HRIS solutions.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations.
- Conduct Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling and tailored presentations and demonstrations of our HRIS system to showcase its features and benefits.
- Prepare and Present Proposals: Develop and present clear, concise, and persuasive proposals that address client needs and highlight the value of our solutions.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to close sales and achieve revenue goals.
- Stay Informed on Market Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the HR and HRIS space.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently strive to achieve and surpass assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Public Relation or a related field.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in a business development or sales role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the benefits of HRIS solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian market is a plus.
