Business Development Manager

We are medium start up company that will scale up soon to big start up company. Our work culture upholds the values of the Qur'an & Hadith. We are looking for an expert Business Development Manager with a positive portfolio who is oriented/passionate about contributing to Business Development and Growth (profit growth). As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for,

[Key Task]

1. Leads & Sales Funnel Management

  • Excellent to handling the development of expansion/scale up businesses with billions of revenue and be able to contributing sales profitability in the hundreds of millions.
  • Experience to brand & product development including supporting marketing & sales campaigns, product and brand launches to Branding and Awareness strategies.

2. Oversees Commercial Opportunities

  • Experience to conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify innovative business opportunities continuously in the short, medium and long term.
  • Develop a comprehensive and effective business strategy system based on market research, competitors, market trend analysis, and in-depth data analysis then provide sharp recommendations for strategic business decisions.
  • Have the sensitivity to read the market movement map broadly and macro.

3. Market and Channel Expansions

  • Experience to finding potential business opportunities for business goal growth points.
  • Able to open/penetrate the market for New Customers (Potential) so that they can become leads generators/contributors.

4. Performance Business Monitoring

  • Monitor sales progress and ensure it is in line with pre-set targets.
  • Monitor business trends and be able to provide insight into recommendations for existing & new channel optimization.

5. Engage and Estabilish Stakeholders/client Effectively

  • Explore new opportunities while maintaining good relationships with third parties such as suppliers or vendors.

6. Cross-Functional Synergy and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with various teams such as design, marketing, and CSR to maintain a positive company (brand) image.
  • Collaborate with finance team to ensure efficient business operations.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to create products based on the research conducted.

[Qualification]

  1. Have a positive portfolio of developing successful business strategies.
  2. At least 5+ years of experience in the same position.
  3. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Industrial Design, and relevant majors is preferred.
  4. Excellent market insight and planning including business analysis and business negotiation skills.
  5. Able to work independently and collaborate across divisions.
  6. Strong understanding of business process flow and progressive thinking.
  7. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  8. Decision-making expertise, the ability to make quick, precise, and astute decisions.
  9. Ability to build and manage prospective customer/market databases.
  10. Strong Innovative, critical, and analytical thingking.
  11. Open-minded, highly motivated, competitive and ambitious to grab big potential winning market.
  12. Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta with WFO system.
