Business Development Manager - East

Manage relationship in project channel (Designers/ Architect/ Contractors/ Builders/ EPC/ Owners), manage project pipeline (by its stages) and accountable for Volume and Margin.

Define strategy in specific group segment (group Commercial/ Industrial / Infrastructure & Institution).

Manage project pipeline list and monitoring up to order received from customers with coordinating with related sales manager.

Focus area to be covered would be East area comprises East Java, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Sulawesi, Maluku, Papua and included Central Java and Kalimantan,

Responsibilities

• Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations.
• Build & strengthen relationship and approach Project Owners, AEC (Architect Engineer Consultant) and Contractors to implement BlueScope’s product specification for their project.
• Develop business strategies such as: marketing event, product presentation, etc, related to his/her responsible segment group and/or coverage area.
• Responsible for planning, managing, and developing numbers project pipeline and accountable for volume and margin.
• Responsible for increasing and developing premium products (painted and bare) in project pipeline.
• Supervise, coaching, motivate his/her own team in order to achieve goals
  
  

Qualification And/or Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in fields of Civil or Architect (preferred)
• Minimum 10 years to work in project sales or specification or business development for industrial market segment in building & construction industry are preferred.
• Strong engagement with AEC, Project Owner and Contractors in Industrial, Commercial, residential, infrastructure & institutions market segments
• Strong communication skills, be able to write and speak confidently and clearly
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CAD & Sketchup are preferred
