We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Associate to join our Business Intelligence team within the Regional Talent Solutions business. Sitting at the intersection of data analytics, commercial operations, and business strategy, this team plays a pivotal role in driving data-informed decisions across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and implement KPI and business metric tracking, as well as business forecasts; build dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio) and recurring reports to support commercial decision making, ensuring high data fidelity and accessibility.
- Support the development and rollout of commission policies across Sales and Recruitment, including defining metrics, targets, and tracking logic.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate insights that drive Commercial, Operational, and Strategic initiatives , from (e.g. business productivity, market trends, operating budgets).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain single sources of truth (SSOTs) across key systems — including Sales CRMs, finance platforms like NetSuite, and HRMS systems.
- Partner with technical teams to optimize datatables and evolve data warehouse schemas in line with changing business needs.

Who We Are Looking For
- Preferably 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, business operations.
- Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis and process automation.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, Metabase, Power BI).
- Strong spreadsheet and Excel modeling skills.
- Self-starter with high attention to detail and strong prioritization skills.
- Analytical and structured — you ask the right questions and thrive in data-driven problem-solving.
- A strong communicator who can work cross-functionally and influence with data.
