  • Collaboratively work with stakeholders and active discussion to get data requirements from clients to define problem and to provide actionable insight based on data-driven approached
  • Drive analytics that improve efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with other teams (Solution Architect, Business Analysts, etc.) to design end to end data analytics solution
  • Manage the data team (Data Analyst, Data Engineer) to build the end to end data analytics solution
  • Build & maintain analysis, insights, reporting/dashboard to support the project/product growth

  • Minimum Qualifications: Min 2 years experience on Business Intelligence/Data Analytics Jobs
  • Ability to do data assessment
  • Ability to create a good and structured data storytelling
  • Ability to create data visualization based on the needs and requirements
  • Experienced working and gather business and data requirements with multiple stakeholders across various business units
  • Knowledgeable in SQL and query optimization
  • Able to use Visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau/Others
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills especially for facing clients
  • High curiosity, hungry on learning and proactive personality
  • Understand CRISP-DM
