We are looking for a talented and dedicated candidate to join our team as Business Monitoring & Support. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring business performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing necessary support to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze business data to identify trends and patterns impacting performance.
  • Prepare daily and monthly performance reports, providing recommendations based on insights.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure business procedures run smoothly.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise in business processes.
  • Provide administrative and operational support as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align strategies and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business monitoring, operational support, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience with business management systems (ERP) is a plus.
