Range Salary : 4 - 6mio/month


What We’re Looking For:

  3. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field (Min. GPA 3.2).
  4. 1–3 years of experience in Business Development-related roles - with proven strength in Basic Excel, project management, and prompting.
  5. Autonomous, self-driven, and able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  6. Agile and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  7. Willing to work during holidays with a shift-based work schedule.
  8. All areas in Indonesia are welcome to apply – willing to relocate to Malang, Jawa Timur



Job Descriptions:

  1. Manage financial calculations and track performance metrics.
  2. Monitor and ensure accuracy of data across various business operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data and processes.
  4. Oversee the execution of reward and compensation programs
  5. Conduct audits, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
  6. Generate reports and provide insights for decision-making.
  7. Identify and address any issues or inefficiencies in the processes
