Job Descriptions:

Proactively guide clients in using Everpro Chat/Everpro SaaS features to ensure optimal utilization and successful resolution of their use cases, positively impacting their business performance.
Execute and continuously improve business processes related to Everpro Chat/Everpro SaaS products in collaboration with partners and cross-functional teams, covering the registration, onboarding, and post-onboarding phases.
Follow up on the progress of clients’ Everpro Chat registration and escalate to partners when needed.
Provide daily technical support and use case enablement to clients.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any related field with a strong quantitative background.
Stay in Jakarta or Bandung.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Familiarity with SaaS products.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Eagerness to learn and willingness to take direction from senior team members.
