Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Design and document new or improved workflows
- Collaborate with teams to implement process changes
- Monitor performance and ensure process compliance
- Provide support and training on new processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and project coordination abilities
- Experience in process mapping or process improvement tools is a plus
