Butler Supervisor

The ideal candidate will lead, work with, and develop a highly motivated and passionate team to provide exceptional guest experience and top-notch hospitality service - to continuously meet and exceed the highest possible standards. Must be operationally hands-on, business-oriented, and an excellent communicator as well as a real team player, while being able to adapt, troubleshoot, and take charge in a variety of situations.

• A minimum 3 Of years in the relevant position
• Excellent guest experience skills
• Great decision-nuking and problems solving skils
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Strong ability to motivate staff
• Degree in Business Adrnnistration, Hospitality Managernent or a relevant is preferred
