As Merchandiser (Buyer) will be planning, selecting, and purchasing the right mix of apparel products that align with the brand’s vision, market trends, and customer preferences. You will manage the product life cycle from development to delivery, ensuring the right product is available at the right time and in the right quantities.

You will manage the product life cycle from development to delivery, ensuring the right product is available at the right time and in the right quantities.
Key Responsibilities
- Buying & Assortment Planning : Develop seasonal buying plans aligned with sales targets and brand positioning, Select and purchase products based on trend analysis, customer demand, and performance data, Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to make informed buying decisions.
- Product Development & Sourcing : Collaborate with Product Design, PD, and Sourcing teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery, Liaise with suppliers or vendors locally and internationally for sampling, costing, and production follow-up, Conduct regular vendor evaluations and price negotiations to maintain margin targets.
- Inventory & Sales Management : Monitor stock levels and ensure healthy inventory turnover., Work closely with the Planning & Allocation team to track sales performance and replenish best sellers, Analyze sales reports and provide feedback on product performance to guide future purchases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Finance.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in buying or merchandising, preferably in fashion or apparel retail.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and merchandising systems.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
