B&W ID Deputy Channel Development HABA Manager

Role Purpose

Drive channel development for Health & Beauty by crafting and executing strategies that deliver growth across omnichannel platforms. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution, ensuring excellence in implementation while maintaining a deep understanding of shopper behavior and channel dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel strategies rooted in shopper insights and category data.
• Manage omnichannel initiatives, including offline and ecommerce platforms, to maximize reach and engagement.
• Analyze & operate performance using tools like Excel, Power BI, and other analytics platforms to identify opportunities and optimize execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build compelling stories and presentations that influence stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of premium beauty trends and translate them into actionable plans for the channel.
• Ensure flawless execution of operational tasks while maintaining strategic alignment.
• Actively seek support when needed but deliver independently with full accountability and ownership.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Health & Beauty channel development or related roles.
• Proven track record in managing omnichannel strategies and execution.
