We are currently seeking WAITERS / WAITRESSES for a pre-opening luxury lifestyle hotel in Doha, Qatar.


Job Description:

Join our team and be part of the grand opening of an exclusive luxury Asian restaurant in the heart of Doha, Qatar. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and working in a dynamic, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service: Greet and serve guests with professionalism and hospitality, ensuring a memorable dining experience from start to finish.
  • Master the menu: Gain in-depth knowledge of Asian dishes and beverages, including ingredients, preparation methods, and personalized recommendations.
  • Pre-opening preparation: Assist in setting up tables, workstations, and necessary tools prior to the restaurant's launch.
  • Order-taking: Accurately record and relay guest orders to the kitchen and bar teams promptly.
  • Personalized attention: Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Upselling: Recommend signature dishes and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
  • Adhere to hygiene and safety standards: Strictly follow food safety protocols and cleanliness guidelines.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the dining room, kitchen, and bar to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress, preferably in fine dining or Asian-themed restaurants.
  • Basic knowledge of Asian cuisine and culture is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Immediate availability to work in Doha, Qatar.
