Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing the sourcing, contract farming and on-farm initiatives.
  • Building the roadmap and planning for contract farming and on-farm for the prioritized items.
  • Sourcing and identifying potential suppliers and new items.
  • Negotiation with suppliers on contract farming.
  • Do monitoring and analysis on contract farming to understand their continuity, quality and field problems.
  • Coordinate with the Buyer and Warehouse team for potential harvest capacity from contract farming initiatives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree from reputable universities.
  • Minimum have experience in Agriculture for 3 years.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agriculture technical (Horticulture and Fruits).
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Ms. Excel.
  • Integrity, high initiatives and motivation for field working.
  • Having a driving license A will be a plus.
