What you'll do:
As a Compensation & Benefit Manager, you will be responsible for conducting various HR-related services. Your role will involve managing payroll calculation systems and administration processes while ensuring compliance with company regulations. You will also maintain key relationships with external customers such as the Department of Manpower, BPJS Institution, Pension Institution and Insurance Provider. Your ability to handle the payroll system accurately is crucial to this role.
- Conduct services activities related with HR that contain: Payroll Calculation system, Payroll Administration
- Analyse and review compensation & benefit strategy, policy and procedures
- Understand the company regulation related with above area in order to advise employee for any queries
- Maintain key relationships with external customers such as Department of Manpower, BPJS Institution, Pension Institution and Insurance Provider
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE Performance Standards, objectives and regulations
- Manage HR documents and ensure compliance of Employees' Personal File
- Handle the payroll system accurately, including calculations, payments, employees' benefits and taxes such as BPJS, Pension, PPh 21
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Compensation & Benefit Manager position will bring a wealth of experience in HR Services, particularly in Compensation & Benefits. With a minimum of 10 years' experience in this field, you will have a proven track record in payroll and familiarity with using HRIS. A strong understanding of Indonesian Employment Law and its principles is essential for this role. Your ability to grasp complex concepts quickly will be key to your success.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum 10 years experiences in Compensation & Benefits
- Proven track record in payroll and familiar using HRIS
- Deep understanding on Income Tax (Pph 21)
- Ability to grasp and understand Indonesian Employment Law and its principles and concepts
