CBS - Legal Supervisor

Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Asset Management, Information Technology, Talent, Legal, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, and Risk Management.

Today’s competitive business is all about making intelligent and informed decisions. As a legal counsel within the Core Business Services (CBS) service line, you will help make this happen in cooperation with your colleagues in the in-house legal team. You will be using your legal knowledge and expertise to support EY colleagues from all industries while simultaneously monitoring regulatory changes and provide legal opinions about their businesses.

Job Description

• An in-house counsel/lawyer with 8-10 years of post qualification experience in contract review and negotiation;
• Having advocate license would be advantageous point;
• Solid drafting and negotiation skills particularly English language document;
• Strong work ethic, analytical and logical thinking;
• Organized and detailed oriented;
• Fluent in verbal and written English
