Nature and scope

Reports directly to Team Lead / Engineering Manager. The majority of the work is driven directly either by requests from Project Engineer to install, test or commission supply and enabling equipment and the management of the group to meet these needs or in the maintenance and inspection requirements of installations to meet Air Products and Statutory needs.

Performance is reviewed against agreed customer specifications, budgets and key performance indicators as appropriate. Technical input into standards, codes of practice, specifications is assigned from others both internally and externally.

The Job Holder Will Be Expected To

Provide the required know how to solve technical problems and provide technical solutions within existing standards and procedures and clear interpretation of legislative requirements.

Execute all decisions related to the execution of the projects, trials, and maintenance of the installations.

Report to Project Engineer of any installation or system that he deems to be unsafe

Filing & Keeping all documents required

Principal Accountabilities

Perform piping and skid fabrication work and equipment installation work

Repair leaks and defects for pressurized piping system

Responsible for maintenance of customer station completion according to schedule

Coordinating with lead technician for customer call out, customer station maintenance and project execution

Providing support in terms of project and maintenance

Supervise field and prepare field report

Responsible for workshop safety and cleanliness

Responsible to drive& care of company vehicles or personal vehicles within his authorization at any time required

May require to perform welding, brazing, motor and pump servicing if competence.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/A-levels with Mechanical vocational practice
• Good command of English both in verbal and written.
• 1- 3 years experience in related field
• Able to use digital devices and computer softwares such as Microsoft Office, Outlook
• Good knowledge of Pressure Systems Regulations and other Indonesia Regulations.
• Welding skill or electrical wiring is an added advantage
• Able to work independently
• Able to travel to customer site on short notices
• Commercial driving license required
