Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tangerang for a Chatbot Developer. The Chatbot Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing chatbot interfaces. Daily tasks include programming, integrating Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms, and utilizing machine learning techniques to enhance chatbot functionality. The role will also involve continuous testing and optimization to ensure efficient performance.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Chatbot Development and Natural Language Processing (NLP) with 2-3 years relevant experiences;
  • Hands-on experience with Machine Learning techniques;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment;
  • Knowledge of chatbot development best practices and design patterns;
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and webhook integrations;
  • Proficiency in English is required;
  • Experience with HR and Business solutions is a plus.
