- Deluxe Hotel- and or stand alone upmarket Restaurant experience
- Preferably worked several years abroad
- Familiar with culinary cooking techniques to create unique taste profiles such as deglazing, sous vide, grilling and open fire.
- Inventive menu planning and recipe development
- Manage a small young enthusiastic team whilst training them to the highest standards
- In due time bringing HOPS Grill with its distinctive setting as one of the culinary highlights in Bali
I am aware its a rather demanding profile for the ideal candidate however there are nowadays so many amazing Indonesian Chefs and I want to bring HOPS to a level that's never been seen before in Sanur and surrounding area.
