RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff members
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen area according to HACCP
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other chefs, kitchen staff, and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Requirement :
* Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a Japanese or asian reputable establishment (chain or group establishment are preferred)
* Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Attention to detail and a passion for food
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
* Well mannered and good appearance
