Chef Research and Development

Job Description :

• Develop new products and make samples for Ecommerce & Offline Retail product (We are Selling Nationaly)
• Testing about food expiring
• Doing competitor research for tase
• Implementing food creation in cooking demonstration using our-product
• Create Culinary application and food testing to support RnD
• Knowledgeable in creating formulation and conduct trial, analyze, and evaluate product, conduct sensory test, check alternative raw material.
• Development of existing products and new products, control raw materials, quality, food safety, and 5S appropriately
• Conducting cooking demonstration and giving culinary idea with our existing product.
• Have knowledge about customer segment, customer behavior dan customer reason of buy some food product.
• Provide training for each new squad (how to cook, choice of ingredients, packaging, etc.)
• Calculate COGS for product
• Other responsibilities as needed
  

Job Requirement:

• Have a knowledge and experience on food preservative (Natural/Food Grade Material)
• Candidate will have plus if at least Diploma or bachelor’s degree Majoring in Culinary, Food and Beverages Service Management is aplus.
• A Creative chef with a passion for amazing Food Specializing in Indonesian Food
• Have an experience on develop Savoury/Pastry
• Hands On Leadership and committed to training and operation things
• Highly Motivate to Training Team make a better skill
• Familiar with COGS Calculation
• Proven Experience to implement culinary technique or recipes to new product development
• Computer literally: word, excel, power point
