Chief Financial Officer

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team.

Position Overview:
The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization. This individual will be responsible for managing the company’s financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in a service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and operational objectives.
• Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage the company's financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Collaborate with the executive team to make informed business decisions and drive organizational performance.
• Present financial reports and insights to the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and oversee capital allocation to maximize returns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably within a service company.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on long-term growth.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in financial software and Google spreadsheet.
