As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Excel Leap, you will lead the Business Development division, focusing on identifying, planning, and executing high-impact programs and events that align with the organization’s mission. You will be responsible for transforming ideas into actionable initiatives that are professional, purposeful, and student-centered. Your role is crucial in ensuring that Excel Leap delivers real value through its activities, partnerships, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Business Development division to explore and propose new strategic initiatives.

- Organize, and oversee professional events, programs, and collaborations that empower Indonesian students.

Manage timelines, deliverables, and execution quality of each program.

- Build and maintain partnerships with organizations, communities, and professionals.

- Ensure operational excellence and smooth coordination across teams.

- Conduct impact evaluations and provide insights for program improvement.

- Support the CEO in translating strategic visions into actionable programs.

- Memimpin divisi Business Development dalam mencari dan mengusulkan inisiatif strategis baru.

- Merancang, menyelenggarakan, dan mengawasi acara program profesional yang memberdayakan mahasiswa Indonesia.

- Mengelola timeline, target, dan kualitas pelaksanaan program.

- Membangun serta menjaga hubungan dengan organisasi, komunitas, dan profesional.

- Menjaga kelancaran operasional dan koordinasi antar tim.

- Melakukan evaluasi dampak program dan memberikan masukan untuk peningkatan.

- Mendukung CEO dalam mengimplementasikan visi strategis menjadi program yang nyata.
