Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution across all functions

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a senior operational role, ideally within telecom or ISP
  • Strong track record in setting and managing KPIs
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and scale businesses
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Surabaya
