City Field Coordinator

As the City Field Coordinator for Bandung, you will be the first point of contact in our expansion to the designated city (Bandung). You will be responsible for conducting field surveys, building relationships with potential borrowers, coordinating with our partners, and understanding the local market to help drive our growth in the city. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact in a new market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys and meet with potential borrowers to assess their needs and eligibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners and stakeholders. This includes coordination with the local notaries and banks.
• Work closely with InfinID’s local banking partners. Which includes but is not limited to educating on InfinID’s SOPs and the use of our tools
• Mapping of the local area to obtain an area-based credit risk assessment.
• Analyse market trends and provide insights to the head office.
• Represent the company in the local community and foster brand awareness.
• Oversee city-level operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Responsibilities

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, mutl-finance, and other similar financial institutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with the local market and willingness to travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
