Civil Coordinator

Job Descriptions :

• Create design concepts for building renovation (existing building).
• Create RAB dan BQ from related designs.
• Create detailed drawings of related designs.
• Periodically Supervise the implementation of construction.
• Check the work of the contractor to ensure it fits the implementation procedures.
• Carry out supervision related to civil technical scope (structure, foundation, concrete) and finishing on construction projects.
• Handling problems that may arise in the civil technical scope, including conducting tests.
• Assisting the marketing team in preparing layout drawings and 3D illustrations.
• Accompanying the pre-handover team to check the list and handover of tenants.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architect.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Developer or Contractor for Commercial Building / High Rise Project and/or city development roads & infrastructure.
• Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office, Auto CAD).
• Having knowledge in Civil Construction, Working Drawing, and Structure Material.
• Having the knowledge to make RAB.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction designs.
• Creative and have a good design sense.
• Willing to be located in Medan, North Sumatra.
