Claim Analyst

• Melakukan follow up melalui email maupun melalui telepon laporan medis pasien dan hasil-hasil pemeriksaan penunjang medis
• Melakukan Analisa Klaim
• Mengambil keputusan sebagai hasil analisa klaim
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim medical advisor
• Membuat surat jaminan, surat penolakan, atau surat Investigasi Membuat reporting
• Melakukan Verifikasi dokumen Klaim
• Menginput hasil analisa klaim kedalam aplikasi

• Minimum Qualifications: Minimal. pendidikan S1/ D3 Keperawatan/Farmasi
• Menguasai produk asuransi kesehatan
• Memiliki pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai Claim Analyst di TPA atau Asuransi (bukan Call Center)
• Memiliki kemampuan dasar tentang teori Penyakit dan Pengobatan.
• Memiliki kemampuan Analisa yang baik
• Dapat mengopersikan Microsoft Office
• Bersedia bekerja secara SHIFT
• Project Based
