Responsibilities:

- Leadership and coordination of the cleaning service at the developer's sites;

- Development and implementation of cleanliness and hygiene standards for all floors and premises;

- Organization and supervision of cleaning services at construction sites and after commissioning;

- Management of the cleaning team;

- Interaction with contractors and suppliers to ensure the necessary materials and tools are available;

- Maintaining reports on completed work and expenditures.

Requirements:

- Experience in cleaning services or managing similar processes for at least 3 years;

- Knowledge of modern cleaning technologies and methods, as well as the relevant equipment;

- Ability to work with large volumes of information and handle multitasking;

- Responsibility, organizational skills, leadership qualities, and teamwork capabilities;

- Proficiency in English.

- Work schedule: 5/2, from 10 AM to 7 PM;
